Today Sihanoukville is a backpackers paradise. Tomorrow it's going to be Asia's trend setting beach getaway. Just 3 hours south of Phnom Penh on the Gulf of Thailand lie the most gorgeous beaches you'll ever see. We stayed at the Golden Rooster up on Victory Hill. When I return I'll be staying at the Retro 60s Independence Hotel which is currently being restored to it's former glory.Breakfast on
