Location: 5 min bike ride to centre of Hoi An town. I lived in this area and it's great because it never floods, the local market is really handy and the community is super friendly.
Cost: 700 USD per month including all inhouse furniture (living room sofa, air con in bed room, kitchen stuff, fridge, dining table) Excluding: housekeeping, water, electricity
